About ATHENA appartment
The apartment is perfect for solo travelers, digital nomads, or couples looking for a peaceful and private place to call home while exploring the area. It has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and 43” TV.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, and all the necessary cookware and utensils for preparing your own meals. There's also an area where guests can cook, as well as plates, cutlery, bowls, chopsticks, plates, mugs, and wine glasses for your convenience.
WC and bath
In terms of amenities, my apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom comes with cleaning products, shampoo, shower gel/body soap, hot water, and even bubble bath for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring.
Bed room
I have furnished my apartment with modern and stylish decor to make you feel at home. The bedroom feature comfortable queen size bed with fresh linens and pillows. The bedroom area is equipped with essentials such as hangers, towels, sheets. You'll also find cotton bed linen, an iron, a mirror, a clothes storage wardrobe, blackout curtains, and extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. For your entertainment a 40" Android TV with NETFLIX.
Living room
A large sofa-bed , books and reading material to enjoy during your stay. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, heating, and a dehumidifier to keep you comfortable no matter the weather.
Working areas
You'll have free access to high-speed Wi-Fi (up to 50Mbps) and a dedicated workspace with a desk if you need to work remotely.
The location
The apartment is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, with a laundromat nearby, as well as cafes and bars. You can easily get around using public transportation, with the metro station just a short walk away. Free street parking is available, and the apartment is located in a single-storey house for your convenience.

I take your safety and security seriously. The apartment is equipped with an alarm, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and a safe box. For your peace of mind, long stays are allowed, and there’s a key storage box for check-in without the host present. Cleaning services are also available during your stay, and airport pick up/drop off can be arranged upon request.
